At the same time, trademarks we register lead to follow on agenda due to oppositions, co-existence agreement negotiations, as well as trademark infringement cases. We are now dealing with dozens of cases and developing an international IP law practice.
Trama was born as a JV between Vacuumlabs a software development firm with over 250 engineers in 7 offices and Sparring a law firm with 20 lawyers focusing on IT & IP law servicing primarily technology companies and startups. We are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team.

We are looking for someone with strong trademark know-how and management experience to ensure quality delivery and development of legal operations team. Our ideal candidate should excel at dealing with problems, have a process-oriented mindset, and good communication skills. Essentially, we're looking for someone who will:
Become one of the leaders of our legal team to provide comprehensive legal advice, from trademark strategy design to dispute resolution
Provide mentoring and guidance to the legal team and help them improve their understanding of IP law as well as case and account management
Proactively communicate with customers and provide clients with great customer support
Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
What experience / skills will you need?
Substantial work experience (5 years) with trademarks and IP law - so you have a deep understanding of trademark registration and dispute resolution process
Client-centric approach, strong communication skills, and love for the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over
Independence, business-oriented mindset with the ability to take control of a situation, make decisions and anticipate obstacles
Good task management and critical thinking
Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 Level) with a knowledge of legal English
