Are there any additional fees if I need to amend my trademark application in response to an office action?

If the USPTO has issued an office action and you have chosen to amend your application to comply with the examiner's requirements, generally, there will be no additional government fees, and your response will be covered by the initial registration fee you paid when filing your application.

One exception that is of note - if you have lost the TEAS Plus status as a result of your application's deficiencies, the response will be priced at $100 per class. For example, this can happen if you need to amend all your goods and services terms.

Besides government fees, keep in mind that if you're using the services of a trademark attorney or a law firm, their fee will also apply.
