Although it's usually advised to register a trademark as a business, there are specific cases where you might consider registering as an individual. The most common one is securing trademark rights for a future business venture, considering the time it takes to set up a new business entity.

Later, when the entity is set up, an ownership transfer can be carried out, or a license agreement can be drawn between the founder and the company.
